Defective Items

We understand that issues may arise with your custom PC. Consequently, we will only accept returns on items that are deemed defective. A product is considered defective if it:

  • Does not operate as intended and cannot be fixed through troubleshooting.

  • Contains manufacturing defects that impact performance or usability.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your item is defective, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product. Provide details about the issue, including your order number and a description of the defect.

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information, such as photographs or videos demonstrating the defect.

  3. Return Authorization: If we determine that your item is defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  4. Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documents that came with the product to ensure a smooth return process.

  5. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the defective item and confirm the issue, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for custom-built PCs that are ordered as specified by the customer and are not defective.

  • Any unauthorized returns or returns without an approval will not be accepted.

  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
